Equestrian Grounds Membership

This cost of the annual membership is $100 and replaces the $5 per ride fee. Entry to the dressage arena’s will be available using a combination lock. A copy of your current PCAV/HRCAV/EA Membership MUST also accompany the booking form. Once the paperwork has been received your application will need to be approved by the committee. We will notify you once this process is completed so payment of fees can be arranged.

• Sharing of the combination AT ANY TIME will result in the instant cancellation of membership without refund. The combination will be changed randomly to provide added security, and the new combination will be provided via email. A sign in book will be located at the clubroom and it is a requirement that members must sign in EVERY time they use the arenas. • Private Instructors holding clinics MUST book separately, with a Ground Fee of $150 per day for the use of Dressage/Show Jumping Arenas. Please contact the Booking Officer at oxleybookings@gmail.com with subject line CLINIC BOOKING REQUEST. • Booked groups will have priority over the use of the grounds and arenas over membership users. ORRCoM will endeavor to contact members to let them know when group bookings and events will be held. Please check our Facebook and Instagram for notifications and updates. Alternatively, members can access this information on the website. • Members shall NOT have voting rights. • ORRCoM reserves the right to close different areas of the grounds as necessary at times if maintenance/safety concerns exist. • All applications for membership must be approved for acceptance by the Oxley Recreation Reserve Committee (ORRCoM) who will reserve the right to decline or cancel any membership. • Horse manure and hay bands are to be removed from yards, arenas and all other areas after use. • Unsuitable behaviour is to be reported IMMEDIATELY to the the Oxley Recreation Reserve Committee (ORRCoM). • Horses tied to floats must be supervised. • Horses must not be tied to any fences or trees. DO NOT leave hay bands tied to fence lines, please dispose of in bins provided. • Members Camping overnight must pay applicable camping and yard fees. • Any damage MUST be reported to a committee member of the Oxley Recreation Reserve Committee (ORRCoM). • Children are not permitted to ride on the front of the saddle with another person under any circumstances. • Failure to adhere to the above rules shall result in instant cancellation of membership.
